Tyrant's Throne

The Greatcoats - Book #4

by

The first book was described to me as "the Scott Lynchiest thing since Scott Lynch." That's not the case, in my opinion, but this series is totally and completely fantastic. Someone described it as a take on the Three Musketeers, and that really changed my entire view of the series. Falcio, Kest, and Brasti are my new favorite trio in fantasy, and I can't get enough of them. It seems like this might be the last book in the series, which is saddening to me, but I can't wait to see what else Sebastien de Castell puts out there for us to read.

This book is the perfect ending to the story. I was on the verge of tears at the end, and I may have turned the last page with great regret.

If you like Scott Lynch or Brian McClellan or Django Wexler or Brandon Sanderson, you'll enjoy this series, and this book in particular. Get it.
